FRAUD WARNING

Verify the name, domain and person before sharing information.

Fraudsters may imitate financial brands, websites or employees. A familiar logo does not prove that a message is genuine.

WHY THIS NOTICE EXISTS

Impersonation can create convincing confusion.

We take reports and suspicions about fraudulent activity seriously. From time to time, unauthorised people may use the Corvenhall name, a similar name or copied design elements to approach consumers.

They may provide false information about our company, request money or credentials, or claim that an urgent action is required. This notice gives you a reliable way to pause and verify.

COMMON WARNING SIGNS

Stop when pressure replaces verification.

Urgency and secrecy

You are pressured to act immediately, hide the conversation or ignore ordinary verification.

Credential requests

Someone asks for a password, one-time code, banking PIN, seed phrase or remote access to your device.

Look-alike contacts

The domain contains extra characters, a changed ending or an unrelated free email provider.

Unusual payment

You are told to send crypto, gift cards or money to a personal account to unlock access or recover funds.

If you suspect a clone firm

Do not provide personal information or send money. End the conversation, preserve safe evidence and contact us independently at [email protected] by typing the address yourself.

We work to identify reported impersonation, but some clone websites or accounts may remain unknown for a period. Always verify an organisation before sharing data or starting a financial relationship.

If money or credentials were sent

Contact your financial institution promptly, secure your email and affected accounts, change reused passwords and report the incident to the appropriate Canadian authorities. Crypto transfers may be irreversible.

We regret losses caused by criminals misusing our name, but Corvenhall cannot control or accept responsibility for unauthorised transactions conducted by an impersonator. This does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

How Corvenhall communicates

A representative will not ask for your password, authentication code, private wallet key or seed phrase. We do not require payment through gift cards or remote-control software.

Verify licensing and provider details through independent official sources. Do not rely solely on documents or links supplied by the person making the claim.

Report misuse

Email [email protected] with the suspicious domain, sender details, date and a description. Do not forward executable files. Screenshots with sensitive information removed can help the review.
