Trade settlement
Recently sold assets may not yet be settled or available to withdraw.
WITHDRAWAL POLICY
A withdrawal should return value through an eligible method while protecting the account from fraud, error and unauthorised access.
STANDARD PROCESS
The steps below align with the methods and times listed on our payment-method page.
Choose an available method, amount and destination through the authenticated platform process.
The destination should normally be a verified account belonging to the Corvenhall account holder.
Settlement, available balance, identity status and security signals are checked before release.
Bank and intermediary processing continues after release. Retain the confirmation until funds arrive.
WHEN A WITHDRAWAL MAY WAIT
Recently sold assets may not yet be settled or available to withdraw.
A new device, changed banking details or unusual behaviour may require verification.
Expired, incomplete or inconsistent account records may need to be updated.
A court order, regulatory requirement, account dispute or sanctions concern can restrict release.
Electronic funds transfers normally take 1-3 business days, Interac e-Transfer may be processed within 24 hours, and wires can require 1-5 business days. These ranges begin after internal release.
Listed methods have a Free platform fee, but a bank or intermediary may charge. Currency conversion and network costs can also apply.
An instruction can be rejected if ownership cannot be verified, details are invalid, the balance is unavailable or the method is not supported. Returned funds may take additional time.
Closing an account does not bypass settlement, verification, legal restrictions or outstanding obligations. Remaining eligible funds are returned through an approved method.
If a withdrawal concern is not resolved through support, follow the documented complaint process and retain relevant references.
Never approve a withdrawal at the direction of an unsolicited caller. Corvenhall will not ask you to transfer funds to “verify” or “unlock” an account.
Contact [email protected] immediately if destination details changed without your instruction or if you disclosed an authentication code.
